[MMM Parent & Kid] 'Keep Connecting' series is to share a positive, caring and loving relationship together

What happens in your body when you feel certain emotions? How do they show up? What to do with them?  

[For parent: what happens in your body when you see your kid is experiencing and showing certain emotions?] 

(core emotions: happy, anger, love, fear, sadness, calm, surprise, disgust) 

As always, we welcome all yours and your kid's emotions, feelings & needs, unspoken thoughts, desires and dreams related to the topic, while we learn some new insights, share ourselves, do some fun, crazy and grounding well-being activities and reflect within.  

As invited, bring your intuition and inner child to COME AND PLAY :) Let's share some laughters together with your kid!

As a start of your magical transformation, you and your kid will be connected, re-energized and centered at the end of our time together. The end is just the beginning.

Preparation and to bring: 

- think about the above questions

- a journal book, few piece of A4 size paper and some color pens (coloring pencils)

- yoga mat or rug (to lie on)

- EMOTIONS IN OUR BODY worksheet (print out 2 copies if possible)
