A series of after school activities that help your children to strengthen his or her self-confidence, discover their own emotions, build resilience, deal positively with changes, as well as cultivate kindness and compassion IN CREATIVE AND PLAYFUL WAYS.

Our After School Kids Yoga

LEARNING THROUGH MOVEMENTS

We offer 2 kids yoga sessions per month with the aims to:

Have fun together and discover ourselves through yoga movements

Strengthen the connection between parent and child with laughter

 Meet others (parents) and networking a little

  • There is no need to register in advance. However the space is limited to 6 parents and 9 children. First come first serve.

  • You may bring all your children if you want. It is all about experiencing yoga fun together. 

  • It will be great if you let me know you are coming, but not mandatory.

  • There is no charge. You may contribute as per your wishes. 

  • With all the contribution collected, the first CHF20 will be used for room renting; the extras will be donated to MAKE-A-WISH Switzerland foundation.

  • Are there any reduced rates for attending multiple camps?
    Yes. You will receive a reduction of CHF 50 for each camp you enrol into, after attending the first camp of a calendar year. Simply apply this code 'MULTICAMP50' during the registration (top right corner in the registration page) to enjoy the discount.
  • Are there any reduced rates for multiple siblings?
    Unfortunately, there will be no reduction in the fees. However, if the siblings enroll for the same camp, the siblings will receive a special sibling gift, celebrating this memorable camp they will join together.
  • Can my child register only for selected days instead of the whole week?
    At this moment we take priority on the full week registration. We understand your special needs and will try to accommodate to the best of our capabilities. Kindly contact us to check for availability and discuss further.
  • What if my child misses a day in the camp? Do I get reimbursed?
    Unfortunately there will be no reimbursement as we would have already prepared everything for his or her coming (i.e. mat, food and craft materials). However he or she will still receive the craft materials used on the date missed and a compensating gift card for a Parent-Kid session (worth CHF40).
