[MMM Moms] 'Happy Mom Happy Kid' series is to embrace the happiness of a mom, hence her kid will be happy

Where are they from? Whose emotions are they? How do you deal with them?

Preparation and to bring:

- a journal book, few piece of A4 size paper and some color pens (coloring pencils)

- yoga mat or rug (to lie on)
