A different kind of summer camp! The one that combines emotional, physical, and heart activities, focuses on well-being and personal development, and prepares your girl’s future with lifetime skill sets.

During the camp, we will share various stories of great women and be inspired by their values and strengths.

Planning for the week

• MONDAY, FRIENDSHIP: Through interactive games and group activities, girls will learn about sisterhood, strong bonds, effective communication and how to support each other. 
• TUESDAY, SELF-ESTEEM: Discover own strengths and values, ways to boost self-esteem, practice positive self-talk and embrace inner superheroes. 
• WEDNESDAY, STEPPING UP: Through engaging activities and role-playing scenarios, girls will cultivate the courage to take initiatives, make decisions confidently, stand firm for their beliefs and inspire others. 
• THURSDAY, SELF-COMPASSION: With mindfulness exercises, self-care practices, and discussions on overcoming challenges, girls will learn to treat ourselves with kindness, bounce back from setbacks, and grow stronger through adversity. 
• FRIDAY*, EMPOWERMENT: Celebrate empowerment and the limitless potential within each of us, through camp journey reflection, celebrating achievements, and commitment to use our powers for good. 

* Parents are invited for a special celebration session at 16h on Friday.

A typical day in the camp will be:

* Morning: start with self-introduction and emotional check in, followed by a warm-up dance, then knowledge sharing on the day's topic accompanied by related storytelling and role plays. Have a small break and we leave for outdoors, continue with more play and fun to express energetically their thoughts on the topic.

* Lunch: a hot meal at noon with mindful eating fun and rest with visualization.

* Afternoon: resume with breathing exercise to reconnect with self and others, make crafts related to the topic and finish with body movements (in/outdoor) and group sharing.

* Light snack: at 16h and finish at 16h30 – children will spend some time playing together.

We aim for a balance of indoor and outdoor activities, self and group activities. During the day, we will also invite your children to part-take some tasks and responsibilities. 

Price includes:

- A hot lunch at noon and a light snack at 16h

- All art and craft materials, and some additional goodies complementing the them

- Usage of rental facilities and props

Preparation and to bring:

- 1 set of clothes to change (safeside), protection gear for a warm day (i.e., hats, water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen lotion)

- Encourage and prepare your child for a fun journey together.
