[MMM Junior] ‘Support Me To Grow My Magic Self’ series helps develop your young teen to strengthen self-confidence, self-esteem and self-efficacy through fun learning, playful practices and open sharing

This special festival is about expressing appreciation, gratefulness,and thankfulness towards the people around us.

Come and join us to make some crafts (to express thankfulness and appreciation), learn a few calming techniques for this hectic period, and have some fun together!

• Learn new insights about the topic, yourself and each other.
• Get in touch with our own emotions, feelings, needs, unspoken thoughts, desires, and dreams.

Preparation

- Invite your child/teen to stay open and curious about the session.
