As always, we welcome all your emotions, feelings & needs, unspoken thoughts, desires and dreams related to the topic, while we learn some new insights, share ourselves, do some fun, crazy and grounding well-being activities and reflect within.

- a journal book, few piece of A4 size paper and some color pens (coloring pencils)

- yoga mat or rug (to lie on)

- a cape/drape (alternative a scarf or a beach towel)

- a picture of yourself
